1 out of 3 women and 1 in 6 men face abuse in their lifetime…

The culprits know of only the crime, the world witnesses it, while the victims suffer their entire life span, carrying the trauma, and affected mental health with them. The pain never leaves though, it flows through the generations in the blood-creating generational trauma, when left unaddressed or unattended. It appears again in the descendants of the lineage as unprecedented anxiety, stress, several unfathomable phobias, panic attacks, nervousness, emotional pain, under confidence, trouble interacting with society, insecurities.

With their hearts heavy being pierced with pain and struggle of what had happened, apparently suicide seems the only way out. But, who gets to perform the act and live lavishly with zero guilt, and who gets to take the pain upon their bloodline???

Not to speak of “karma”, and “what goes around-comes around” quotes. It is dharma that has to be held high, higher than karma; as Shri Krishna teaches in the Gita.

All the courts of justice put together can merely bring upon the change, let alone speaking on those who never even get closer to taking the steps of the court of law. Things haven’t changed since centuries. Instead, hold the victim responsible, that’s how the society gets by!

Consider justice has been served, how can you undo what already has been done?

How on Earth can you expect a victim, be it of any gender [gender is a personal choice, though], to heal from an act so heinous, which gives you the right of exploiting a human’s personal space???

Nevertheless, this is all about the “Aftermath” of the event, that might help you get some support from fellow beings, let it out, letting you know-you’re not alone and make a gateway that helps all the pain of the victims reach out to those ruthless- with a hope that it might melt their hearts…

Reach us out here, send us your story. You can full fledged choose to stay anonymous. We would put it out to the world.

The world seems to identify itself with the language of pain, abuse and trauma, let’s teach it in the language of it’s own!
