A Divine Tale Of Romance Between The Sadhaka And The Deity
While to most of the population, this tale has always been associated with a relationship between two opposite genders completely in love with each other, with also the screenplay, script of films, series revolving around RadhaKrishna being a mundane yet epic tale of love, there’s more to it than them being just another love birds!
Let’s address some popular rumors around Maa Krishna and Maa Radha [362 and 622, Kali Sahasranamavali, respectively].
Did Maa Radha and Maa Krishna get married?
What’s the purpose of their love when they didn’t even get married?
Why did Sri Krishna marry 16,108 queens?
Was Sri Krishna so perverted to steal the sarees of Gopis?
And the ever inquisitive one,
What’s the point in meeting each other during every night, playing the flute, impressing each other, intoxicated in love, immersed in the ecstasy of meeting and the subsequent separation [viyog] between them, after having departed long ago??—“The RASA LEELA”
[A short disclaimer for the reader:
Entire write up deals with an approach of a Para Sanatani, where no varnas, kulas, sampradayas, niyamas, agamas, rituals, gunas, tattvas exist, where all kulas, varnas, and sampradayas merge into the divine consciousness of Maa Adya MahaKali, the ultimate cosmic force.]
Sri Krishna as an avatara of Maha Vishnu had a higher purpose of setting Dharma right in the waning age of righteousness—the end of Dwapara and the beginning of Kali Yuga is when he appeared in the womb of Maa Devaki [636, Kali Sahasranamavali] and brought up by Maa Yashoda [635, Kali Sahasranamavali].
His was a life of an epitome to give out subtle messages by any means [even if it means to tamper the designs of Brahma by unethically catching the attention of the Sadhakas; that’s how He, Maa acts, depicting the “Trick and get out” teaching] to the upcoming yuga—The Kali Yuga, where the Kali purusha [a son of Maa Herself, but that’s his dharma to hold the immortal physical beings in his treachery; but he has got no effect on the Adya MahaKali Sampradaya and Her mantras] predominates the minds and souls of the beings.
As mentioned earlier, Maa Radha is also Her name and Maa Krishna is also Her name, Maa Yashoda is also Her name and Maa Devaki is also Her name, Maa Bhima is also Her name and Maa Draupadi is also Her name, Maa Kunti is also Her name, and Maa Karna [Radhya/Radheya] is also Her name.
As Acharya says, Kali Sahasranamavali is the fifth veda.
There’s another catch that Sri Rama is no longer relevant in the Kali Yuga. Whereas, our most beloved teacher, Sri Krishna is.
Here’s why,
If you follow the path of Sri Rama in the Kali Yuga, it is imminent that you will be destroyed, without you achieving the state of Moksha to pay off your karmas successfully, and establishing Dharma to progress in the spiritual path [moksha is something to be experienced in the physical body, bestowed by vairagya—the doer is just being a witness to all events, while playing their Dharmic role faithfully]. Nevertheless, Sri Rama was a staunch Dharmi, with His relevance towards the upcoming Dwapar Yuga. The path of Sri Rama is a bed of thorns, where you give out messages to the world that has proper Deva tattva within them to grab out such messages smoothly. His was an era of righteousness, where if He Himself had not been a Dharmi, He wouldn’t have been a supreme ruler for His men.
Had Sri Rama’s teachings [who was supposed to be looked up on by the men of Dwapar Yuga] been taken seriously by Yudisthira, he would’ve not spared Dushasana, the evil minded behind the plan of disrobing Maa Panchali in the assembly of the Kurus.
As the Yugas progress in the Kala Chakra [Kala {time}—Sri Krishna=Maa Kali], the Deva tattva with you and me, every human for that matter is waning. In Satya Yuga, the Deva tattva was blooming in everyone. Every human that you come across in the Satya Yuga, had their Deva tattva placed at the highest. Hence the reason, they required no homa, yagna, sacrifices, and sophisticated rituals, it was a cake walk for them to access the realms of Devas, bhootas, rakshasas, yaksha, kinnar, and prethas. However, attaining moksha demanded several centuries of Tapasya, sacrifices and observance of several penances. Simply because, a Jeeva once in the physical body has to go through all the Yugas [in the same body or would have attained it in the previous birth]. For this the Jeeva living physically in the Satya Yuga has to experience the rest 3 Yugas in the same body, as this wasn’t a real time challenge for them—they lived for quite long to achieve all the Yugas in the same physical body]. The real challenge is, when you’re physically living in the Satya Yuga, where everybody is carrying the brightest Deva tattva within, righteousness everywhere, no sign of injustice or adharma, every Loljihva [{tongue}, Kali Sahasranamavali] knew no lies, and spoke truth, it is for you to experience the Kali Yuga within, an age of the fall of Dharma and KarmYog, only to traverse across the Yugas and then attain moksha. A reason why it took them so long to achieve the same, accompanied by strenuous penance and vigorous commitment.
Whereas in the Kali Yuga, the Deva tattva has reduced to its maximum, with little to none at all. Making it easy for the Jeeva to experience all the Yugas and attain Moksha. The path of Moksha has always been achieved through Shiva tattva. He is the one granting you the ability to walk on the path of Moksha in the declining age of Dharma—Kala Bhairava. The limited amount of Deva tattva makes much more progress in the Kali Yuga with a simple nitya naam japa.
Moreover, Sri Krishna’s messages are quite relevant with Dharma kept at high even if it means to kill your kinsmen by deception and betrayal [if they’re adharmis], just to uphold righteousness for the sustainment of eternal cosmic balance between the realms.
Adding up, Sri Krishna never appeared in the beginning of Dwapar Yuga, it was the last few years of Dwapar Yuga when He appeared in the womb of Maa Kali, to propagate His messages by hook or crook, for the betterment of the world.
In the age of Kali Yuga, Sri Krishna being the most relevant form, His teachings has to be kept at the highest, especially in the path of Bhairava and Maa Kali. Letting go of his messages and His life is not an appreciable choice, if you wish to dive deep into spirituality itself.
Summarising, it is Sri Krishna who is most relevant in the Kali Yuga with a trick and get out mindset. In this Yuga you will have adharma rising everywhere, trying to pull you down. Will you rather be a prey with your purpose diminished completely, and Dharma subdued by adharma as a consequence or rise above all the adharma by not incurring any Karma attached to it, also fulfilling your Dharma with absolute containment.
With the ground reality being set, let’s dive deep into the roots [cause that’s how you please Shaneshwara, the planet lord of Maa Kali, by not just appreciating the just the leaves, branches, flowers and fruits {Sun} aspect of of a tree but also the microbes, bugs and worms {Shaneshwara} in the roots crucial for the symbiosis of the tree’s nourishment] of the Divine Love between Maa Radha And Maa Krishna…
